Employer/Works Council Agreement for Internet Use? Precisely defined with WebFox.
Private use of the Internet in the office present the company as well as the employee with problems, some considerable. According to section 87 of the German Works Council Constitution Act (§ 87 BetrVG) the works council has voting rights in the creation of a comprehensive and clear employer/works council agreement, because personal data are involved with Internet use.
