Network Carrier Rates for AlwinPro and Anna4

We offer our customers and our registered end users the service of receiving current network carrier rates via email. By clicking on the respective network carrier your email program will open. The desired network carrier is already entered in the subject line. Please do not forget to write which AlwinPro/Anna4 version you are using, in the email (e.g. Version 5.0). After we have received the email, the desired network carrier rates will be immediately sent to you.

If you would like to be informed about current network carrier rates, please contact us. Please have the product name as well as your serial number ready.

In the following is a list comprised of the available rates. Please note that in the Austrian (A) rates no mobile telephone numbers are included. You can add the mobile phone zones used at a later time.

We do not accept liability for this list being accurate or complete.

Note: {A} indicates the network carrier rates from Austria.

Notes

Important not on the network carrier "Units only": The network carrier "Units only" does not do its own calculations. It always carries over all the units that the telephone system sends at a set value. This value has to be entered by you. To do this, select the menu item: File > Program setup > Network carriers

Now enter the network carrier "Units only" and enter the value of the unit in the "Price of a unit" field.

Note on 0900 Numbers

Since January 1, 2006 value-added services in Germany are only available using the prefix 0900x. The cost of these calls can no longer be discerned by the telephone number as the rate are freely definable.

So that a charge can still be calculated for the value-added number classifiers 09001, 09003, 09005 and 09009, a fictional price was entered. This means the costs for the value-added services 0900x can only be approximately calculated.

So that costs for value-added services that are often used (e.g. service number of a supplier) can be calculated exactly, we recommend manually entering the exact 0900x number in the rate table with the rate that applies.

Note on Network Carriers with the Abbreviation (Sr.T)

Network carriers with the abbreviation (Sr.T) do not include any special numbers (e.g. directory assistance). When installing such a network carrier please note that unknown telehphone numbers are calculated through your main network carrier (e.g. Telekom).

Default Currency

All the network carriers include their amounts in Euros. Therefore, in your AlwinPro the Euro has to be entered as the main currency, if you would like to make use of these rates.

Importing Network Carriers in AlwinPro

Do the following in order to import network carrier settings into AlwinPro:

• Open the network carrier settings with File / Program setup / Network carriers.
• Create a new network carrier with the New button or select an existing network carrier to overwrite it.
• Click on the Replace network carrier button and then select the loaded network carrier file.
• You can now doublecheck the individual settings and change them if necessary.
