New Features

• The users for which presence matching is to be enabled can now be imported via Azure AD. There are certain filter criteria like group membership, phone numbers or email domain to restrict the user group. The import can be automated.
• RingCentral: The user's "Accept queue call" setting is taken into account when switching back from DND status.
• RingCentral: it is now possible to define several RingCentral API accesspoints to avoid getting to the API rate limits for large tenants.

New Features

• New PBX Connector for Genesys Cloud CX.
• An additional status mapping rule for RingCentral is now available. 
• it is now possible to change the PBX type of an existing PBX Connector afterwards.

New Features

• RingCentral Meetings are now considered in the presence handling. If a user is in a RingCentral meeting the presence status in Teams is set to "do not disturb"  (and in RingCentral itself, if the "reflect DND status" option is activated) 

New Features

• Presence Hub sets the user in RingCentral to DND (do not disturb) during a call in RingCentral, independant of the presence status in Microsoft Teams. This suppresses second calls in RingCentral. The "DND reflect" option has to be anabled in the PBXConnector configuration and is a global setting for the tenant.

Bugfix

• Under certain circumstances, call events coming from RingCentral could not be processed. This meant that Microsoft Teams would not switch to DND when a user made a call in RingCentral. This is now fixed.

• New PBX Connector type for Genesys Cloud CX (not public yet).

Bugfix

• Administration UI: The mapping between user and endpoint was not updated in the table after an endpoint was added.
• Optimization of the RingCentral to Micrososft Teams mapping.
• Several bug fixes in the Administration UI.
