The call data generated by the unified communication system is securely recorded by the AlwinPro UC-Edition accounting solution and is subject to the strict data protection guidelines of the respective federal states. Authorities and public administrations can thus meet the legal requirements for source-based internal cost allocation of ICT costs as well as billing of private call costs and still be compliant with regard to data protection, works council and TKG.

In addition, the solution offers the Fraud Detection module for early detection of phone hacking. As an operator of the ITC infrastructure, you can protect yourself against major financial damage caused by attacks on your communication system.
