End customers receive help quickly either through our business partners or as part of the service contract directly from us.

Do you as our customer, have a service contract with us?  Then our support will be happy to help you - via phone, e-mail or remote.

Remote access via TeamViewer

If required, our business partners and end customers with service contracts will receive support via remote maintenance.

For remote maintenance please download the program TeamViewer. With this program, you give our support staff temporary remote access to your computer system. A software installation is not required. After confirming our "Terms of Service for Remote Maintenance via Software TeamViewer", please only execute the program and contact us via telephone.

Comment on known vulnerabilities

By continuous updates of our software, as well as 3rd party libraries, we prevent any security gaps and always align our products on new requirements. We always recommend updating your software to the currant release to be on the highest level of security.

  • 2022-12-12: Critical vulnerability in Commons Text (CVE-2022-42889): AlwinPro, AlwinPro Hotel/Care, SwyxAnalytics, UC-Analytics products use the library with the affected version. With release 13.4.2.02 the library has been updated and the vulnerability does not exist anymore from this version on.
  • 2022-12-01: Critical vulnerability in openssl CVE-2022-3786 and CVE-2022-3602: We do not use openssl library in affected versions in any of our products AlwinPro, AlwinPro Hotel/Care, SwyxAnalytics, UC-Analytics. 
  • 2022-04-05: Vulnerability in zlib could allow attackers to execute malware (CVE-2018-25032). All versions of the products AlwinPro, AlwinPro Care/Hotel, UC-Analytics, SwyxAnalytics are affected. With the version 13.2.2.05, the zlib library was exchanged for version 1.1.12.
  • 2021-12-13 (Update 2021-12-16): Vulnerability in the Log4J library (CVE-2021-44228)
    The MediationDevice product does not use the Log4J library in the affected versions, the Log4J library was nevertheless replaced. A new version is available.
    The HealthCare solution product does not use the Log4J library in the affected versions.
    The products UC-Analytics, SwyxAnalytics, iQueue pro UC-Analytics, iPro UC-Analytics, AlwinPro US-Edition, AlwinPro Hotel / Care in versions 11.x, 12.x and 13.x do not use the Log4J library at all (examined were all not discontinued product versions).
    The product AlwinPro Hotel / Care authentication server uses the Log4J in a version that is not affected by this security vulnerability. Update 1/11/2022: Update for the  authentication server available, the Log4J is then no longer used
  • 2018-12-11: The Meltdown and Specter vulnerabilities do not affect our VoiceFirewall. The VoiceFirewall appliance has an Intel Atom N2800 CPU installed, which is not affected by the vulnerability. A list of affected Intel CPUs is available at this Link.
