With UC-Analytics Accounting, you can reliably and GDPR-compliantly capture and bill call data for your customers - in full compliance with the strict regulations of the German Federal Network Agency (Bundesnetzagentur).
As a service provider, take advantage of the powerful Call Accounting module in UC-Analytics to transparently and efficiently bill the communication services you provide. Communication data is either sourced directly from the UC platform you manage and rated according to your individual tariff models, or connection records from your network operator are imported and assigned to the appropriate tenants.
A plausibility check during the import of connection data automatically flags anomalies and significant deviations in cost structures and billing items. This helps you avoid incorrect invoices and the associated effort of issuing corrections.
